How it works

• Member SIM cards need to be activated and RICA'd in order to receive data offerings.
• Data bundles can only be applied to applicable SIM cards (prepaid or certain top-up contracts; not available to full contract SIM cards). It is the member's responsibility to ensure that their SIM card can receive the data.
• Data is sent directly to the member's cell phone number provided.
• Data issued cannot be exchanged, sold or refunded.
• Once the bundle is successfully loaded onto a number it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
• Data expiry dates are 30 calendar days from the date of successful loading.
• The offer is open and redeemable to Imali Diamond members of South Africa who are valid members.
• Data requests need to be requested between 08:00–16:00 Monday to Thursday and Friday 08:00–15:00.
• Payment is made by VISA or MasterCard credit card, or signature debit card (CVV present). Members may only use cards listed in their own names on the Value Voucher portal.
• Data is issued on confirmation of payment. Please allow at most a 24-hour turnaround time for the transaction to be completed.
• This offer is limited to purchasing 2 data bundles per member per month.
• Imali Diamond is not liable for any loss suffered by the member when using the data bundle benefit.
• Any disputes pertaining to the use of data bundles are strictly between the member and Imali Diamond.
